I consider myself a lucky person. I get to travel around the country and record the things I see in pictures. I have been so many places and I've seen so many things.I'll tell you this; if I have learned one thing from my journey, it's that no matter where you find yourself, things aren't really all that different from the place you call home.

Sure, the temperature might be warmer or colder or the sunrise may come earlier, but if you look hard enough you will find something that will remind you of home.

This image could have been taken in my hometown, or yours, or any number of towns scattered throughout the countryside. Big or small, it doesn't matter. If there is a town there is going to be a little park like this.

It just so happens that this particular park and bench is located in Salem Massachusetts. I found it when I was exploring the town the first time I got the chance to visit (I've been twice). It is right next to Saint Peter's Episcopal Church, which was founded in 1733.

It is truly a great place to go and have a think. Very pretty indeed. Like I said before, I am a lucky guy.
