| I have just returned from a week in California with my daughter Amanda. Wow. What a great trip. We visited Yosemite (my second time) and the day was beautiful. I took this image from about a mile away from the two falls. I have realized that pictures you see of Yosemite just do not accurately reflect what you see when you are there. Several times during the trip I realized that the memories in my mind were from my images and not from the real place. The real place is far better. Anyway, this was the best I could do but if you find yourself within two or three hours from the actual place, you owe it to yourself to visit and see for your self. I hope to go again next year. Let me lnow if you want to go as well. We'll make if a photo trip to remember. |
